Return Request Form

If you wish to return goods for warranty/replacement/refund/exchange, please complete the Return Authorization �Return Request Form� below and submit it to us.

Please make sure you have read our Refunds and Return Policy before completing the Return Request Form.

Once we have received your completed Return Request Form, we will review it and if the return is approved, then we will email you a RETURN AUTHORIZTION NUMBER (RAN) and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (RAF) and further instructions.

When you receive the RAF, print out the RAF that we sent to you and complete it (all information requested is required in order to honor your return). When you have completed the RAF form, post your goods to us with the original copy of the completed RAF form and a copy of the Purchase Invoice/Receipt - strictly, NO RECEIPT, NO RETURN!
