The customer’s credit card details and other personal information may also be collected by our third-party payment service provider’s secure page if the customer chooses to use said third-party payment service providers to make payments. 2.1 “Personal Information”: These are provided by you, through our Online Retail Store’s order forms, feedback forms, Warranty/Return Authorisation forms and other forms as required. For example, in order to return a product to us, we will require you to complete our Return Request Form and Return Authorization Form, which requires your personal information, such as your full name, address and other contact details. Personal information may be collected through our website online forms or personally by employees of Selective Image when customers require certain services from Selective Image. Your credit card details and other personal information may also be collected by our third-party payment service provider if you choose to use our third-party payment service provider. Your personal information may also be collected by our third-party service providers that we may use to help us provide our services to you.

3.1 The “Website statistic” information we collect when a visitor visits the Selective Image Website, Online Retail Store, is used to help us assess which web pages are most popular, to assess which goods and services our website visitors are most interested in, and other useful information that will allow us to assess how we can improve our service. This information we collect does NOT contain any information that can identify you, the visitor, it only contains “general” surfing information.
3.2 The “personal information” we collect when you, the customer, place an order on our Online Retail Store is used to provide you with our products and services. You do NOT have to provide us with these personal information, these personal information are provided by you, the customer, voluntarily, however, without the personal information, we may not be able to provide you, the customer, with some of our services.

4.1 The personal information, including but not limited to, your credit card details, that you provide when placing an order through our Online Retail Store, is collected using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) web page which uses 128bit encryption to scramble the information.
4.2 Any personal information that we keep/store on our online computer is protected by a “firewall”, which helps detects/prevents unauthorised access, intrusion. Apart from the firewall, we also use other highly sophisticated intrusion counter-measures to detect/prevent unauthorised access. We regularly review our security and upgrade our security if required.
4.3 Our Website may include links to third-party websites where your personal information may be collected by our third-party payment service provider if you choose to use the third-party payment service provider’s payment service. Selective Image will not disclose your personal information to third parties, other then our third-party service providers who help us provide our services to you. 4.5 Selective Image will undertake the utmost care in protecting your personal information once we have received it, but we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to us over the internet or other telecommunications/transmission method, including but not limited to, the internet, the telephone or fax. No data/voice transmission can be guaranteed by us to be 100% secure. Therefore, if you decide to transmit personal information to us, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved, you do so at your own risk.

5.1 Selective Image may modify, add, or remove any part of our Privacy Policy, as required by Selective Image, without notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such amendments if you continue to use our website, services and/or purchase goods from us.
