REFILL TIP: NEVER place a leaking cartridge into the printer! Place a cup/container under the cartridge's ink outlet to collect any drips and wait until it stops leaking before you place it into the printer. Some of the reasons why some cartridges may leak is due to pressure and/or over-filling. The Refill Clip advertised in the REFILL ACCESSORIES webpage is highly recommended for those who refill the BCI-3eBk/C/M/Y or BCI-6Bk/C/M/Y type cartridges (including the Continuous Ink Cartridge (CIC) for Canon cartridges), it has a chamber at the bottom of the clip to collect any drips from these types of cartridges when refilling and the cartridge can be allowed to sit neatly inside these Refill Clips while the pressure settles down and leaking stops.
