Does Selective Image deliver to destinations outside of Australia?

 

 

A:

 

International customers interested in ordering from Selective Image should contact us to confirm whether we can deliver to your country/destination. If yes, then we will give you a freight quote.

How long does delivery of my order take?

 

 

A:

 

Most orders made within Australia will take about 3 working days after payment is credited to our bank account. Delivery is also subject to stock availability - we have reasonal levels of stock for products we advertise on our Online Retail Store, but on very RARE occassions, we may run out of stock, if this happens we will contact you and let you know whether you would like us to put your order on “back-order”. If there is any urgency required then please contact us and we will try to arrange for a faster delivery service, however, there may be an additional charge involved for “Express” delivery.

Selective Image is always looking for new resellers. If you are a dealer/reseller and there are any items you see on our website which you wish to resell, please let us know and complete our “Reseller Application” form and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Some of our products are currently not available for resale, such as the iChroma brands, however this may change in the future. Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase through the internet?

The Selective Image Online Retail Store uses a SECURE, ENCRYPTED payment service provider to collect our customer’s credit card purchases made through our Online Retail Store. That is, credit card payments are made through a third-party secure payment service provider, who uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit encryption to scramble your credit card details. Is it easy to refill inkjet and toner cartridges?

Yes it is, if you use refill kits supplied by Selective Image, you will be most surprised as to how easy it is. All our inkjet and toner refill kits come with easy to follow refill instructions and also proper, excellent refill tools to assist and give you a more successful refill experience. Our main selection criterias for inkjet and toner refill kits is innovation, simplicity, effectiveness and quality of ink/toner. Inkjet and toner refill kits MUST meet ALL these criterias before we will even consider stocking them. Take our Uni-Kit Toner Refill Kits for example, by using this Uni-Kit Toner Refill Kit, refilling your toner cartridges is as simple as 1-2-3 (drill hole, fill with toner, plug hole)! Unfortunately, some refill kits sold elsewhere may be difficult to use and may also be rather messy - don’t let any bad experiences you may have in the past deter you from refilling your inkjet or toner catridges again, because the cost savings that refilling can offer the consumer is enormous, try the refill kits supplied by Selective Image, we are sure you won’t be disappointed.

How many times can cartridges be refilled?

 

 

A:

 

This depends on the condition of your cartridge and how well you maintain it.

For inkjets, if the print head is not damaged, or the cartridge is not left empty for an extended period of time to dry out, then it can be refill numerous of times, for example, the Canon BC-03 cartridge we use has been refilled for several years. The key to longevity with inkjet cartridge refilling is to have periodic maintenance; (1) keep the print head clean by using inkjet cartridge cleaning/unclogging solutions, like our InkNuke, regularly, this schedule depends on how much printing you do - the reason being, after a lot of printing there is usually some build-up of dried ink deposits and also micro paper fibres developing around the print head, which may eventually block the print head. You can order our HIGH SPEED cleaning/unclogging solutions for inkjet cartridges from Selective Image Online Store - see “Refill Accessories” menu; (2) always try to refill inkjet cartridges before it runs out, or immediately on the first sign of ink/toner running out.

Would using alternative brand inks, other then the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) ink, void my printer’s warranty?

 

 

A:

 

Consumers have the right to choose the brand of ink they want to use with their printers. The inks sold by Selective Image is carefully selected from the best of the best - try the iChroma inks and see for yourself. Look at it this way, printers are SO CHEAP these days, that the amount of money you save from several refills of your cartridges is probably enough to buy you a new printer anyway.
